3. Booking and Payment

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Standard Bookings
- Free Cancellation (Up to 7 Days Before Check-In): Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before check-in.
- Partial Refund (3-6 Days Before Check-In): Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Non-Refundable (Within 72 Hours of Check-In): Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable
- Reservations made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
No-Show Policy
- Full charge applies for no-shows with no refunds.
